Shipping policy
- Please note some of our candle is produced to order. We kindly ask that you allow 2-3 working days production time for your order to be produced and processed.
- All online orders dispatched are within our business hours, Monday through Friday, 8.30am-4.30pm. Any orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed and dispatched as quickly as possible upon our return.
- We endeavour to have all online orders processed and dispatched within 3 working days of placement, but this may vary based on the size and make-up of your order.
- Our freight partners do not operate on weekends or public holidays.
- By default all parcels will require a signature upon delivery. If you would like to remove this requirement, please contact us at sales@nationalcandles.co.nz as soon as you have placed your order, with your order number handy.
- We are not able to ship parcels to PO box addresses.
- You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has dispatched. If you have any issues tracking your order, please do not hesitate to contact us.
- We are currently unable to dispatch orders placed via our webstore internationally.
- Transit times will vary depending on your location, and delivery may be delayed under certain circumstances outside of our control. We will always endeavour to keep you up to date with the latest shipping information, but if you have concerns around an order delay, please do not hesitate to contact us.
- Rural deliveries: in some cases rural deliveries will be passed from our shipping partner to a third party provider. This may impact your tracking information. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
